Airbnb sync
Airbnb, synced deep. Money still waits for a human.
Two-way sync across availability, pricing, content, bookings, guest messages, and reviews. Routine events flow straight through; anything that changes money, conflicts, or cancels is held for a person to review.
Six surfaces, both directions
Everything syncs, not just the calendar.
Most "Airbnb integrations" mean availability and little else. This one is two-way on six surfaces: availability, pricing, content, bookings, guest messages, and reviews. Reply to a guest from the shared inbox and it lands in their Airbnb thread; change a listing's content once and both sides agree on it.
Enablement is opt-in per property, with explicit unit mapping, so you migrate on your own schedule instead of flipping one terrifying switch.

The oversell guard
One night sells once. That is a rule of the database, not a hope of the sync.
A booking made anywhere blocks the unit everywhere. Underneath, the guard is structural: the system cannot record the same night for the same unit twice, so even a photo-finish race between an Airbnb booking and a direct booking cannot produce a double sell.
The production portfolio has run every reservation through this guard and recorded 0 oversold nights as of August 2026.

The human gate
Routine flows. Risk waits for you.
Channel events are sorted by consequence. The harmless majority applies itself; the consequential few park on Bookings to Review until a person accepts them.
Money changes: held
An alteration that changes what a booking is worth waits for a person. No amount moves on the books untouched by human eyes.
Conflicts: held
An event that collides with an existing reservation parks with the conflict laid out, instead of silently picking a winner.
Cancellations: held
A cancellation frees a night and moves money, so it waits for review before either happens.
Everything else: flows
New bookings, messages, content, and calendar updates apply automatically, with every action written to the audit trail.
"One channel synced deep beats sixty synced thin."
The honest part
Airbnb is the only OTA today. On purpose, and out loud.
Vrbo and Booking.com are not connected yet, and our comparison table gives Hostaway and Guesty the channel-breadth row without flinching. We chose to make one channel genuinely two-way, gate its risky events, and make overselling structurally impossible before adding logos to a grid. More channels are coming; the depth standard they must meet is already set.

Airbnb sync questions
Which OTAs does Stay N Host support?
Airbnb, and only Airbnb today, synced deep and two-way: availability, pricing, content, bookings, guest messages, and reviews. Vrbo and Booking.com are not connected yet; more channels come later. If you need sixty shallow channels this quarter, a classic channel manager serves you better, and we say so on our own comparison table.
How does oversell protection actually work?
Structurally, not hopefully. A booking made anywhere, Airbnb or direct, blocks the unit everywhere, and the calendar itself cannot record the same night for the same unit twice. One night sells once; a race between two bookings loses to the database, not to a sync job that got there late.
What is the Bookings to Review screen?
The human gate. Channel events that change money, create a conflict, or cancel a stay are held there for a person to accept, while routine events flow straight through. Automation handles the volume; a human signs off on the risk.
Do I have to connect every property?
No. Enablement is opt-in per property. You choose which properties sync and map each Airbnb listing to the exact unit it sells, so a half-migrated portfolio is a supported state, not an accident.
What happens when a sync fails?
It retries by itself, and you can see it. Every connection shows a live sync status, and failed operations retry automatically, so a wobbly night at the API does not become a stale calendar you discover from an angry guest.
Does it draft Airbnb guest replies with AI?
No. Guest messages sync two-way into the shared inbox and your team answers there in its own words. Automation agents handle scheduled sends like confirmations and door codes; AI reply drafting is a feature we do not have, and our comparison table says so.
