Guest app

Everything a guest needs, at the moment they need it. No install.

Nobody downloads an app for three nights. The guest opens a link, sees their arrival instructions, their door code, the Wi-Fi, and a way to reach you. It stops working when the stay does.

Guest app included from Starter, $29/month.

The arrival

The 1am problem, solved before 1am.

The message with the door code is always the message a guest cannot find. In the app it is not a message at all, it is a place: the same link, every time, showing the code the moment the payment and ID gate releases it, alongside how to find the door it opens.

Static codes for a street door or a lift sit next to the per-stay code, because a guest standing in the rain does not care which one is which.

Getting in

A reference and one detail. No account, no password.

The app opens from your own booking site, so a guest who has your link has the app. They type the reference from their confirmation and one thing that proves the booking is theirs, and that is the whole sign-in.

There is one app per workspace carrying your brand, and every property is a section inside it, so a guest with a lobby QR card and a guest with an email link land in the same place.

What it carries

Six things that stop a phone call.

Arrival and departure

How to get in, where to park, what time to leave, and what to do with the keys. Written once per property, shown to every guest who stays there.

Wi-Fi that is readable

The network and the password, in text a guest can copy, instead of a photograph of a router taken at an angle.

Chat to the shared inbox

A message from the app lands in the same inbox as WhatsApp, so your team answers one queue. The guest does not need to know which channel they used.

Inside the shared inbox →

House information

The rules, the appliance nobody can work out, the bin day. Per property, edited in one place, live for every current stay immediately.

Self check-in with an ID upload

The guest photographs their ID inside the check-in wizard and it lands on that guest's verification, ready for a person to approve. It is half of what the door code waits on.

One app, your brand

One guest app per workspace with your header on it, and a workspace-wide sign-in, rather than a separate app to configure per property.

"A guest app that needs installing is a guest app nobody opens."

Honest limit, September 2026: this is a web app, not a native iOS or Android app, for guests or for staff. The operator side works in a mobile browser too. Native apps are on the public roadmap.

FAQ

Guest app questions

Does the guest install anything?

No. It is a web app the guest opens from a link, so it works on any phone with a browser and there is nothing to download, no account to create, and no password to forget at 1am outside a locked door.

How does the guest get in?

A link tied to their stay. It stops working when the stay ends, which means the app cannot become a permanent window into your property after somebody has checked out.

What can they see?

Their own stay: arrival instructions, the door code once the gate has released it, the Wi-Fi details, house information, and a chat that reaches the same shared inbox your team already works. Nothing about any other guest or any other unit.

Does chat in the app go to the same place as WhatsApp?

Yes. Guest-app messages land in the shared inbox alongside WhatsApp threads, so your team works one queue rather than watching two. Internal notes and mentions stay on your side either way.

Can I control what the app shows per property?

Yes. The app is configured per property and per listing: which instructions appear, which house information, and which static access codes for shared entrances. A building with a street door and a flat door can show both.

Is it available on every plan?

The guest app is available from Starter, $29/month, and is configured per property from the same settings that drive the rest of the stay.
