Public roadmap
What is real, what is coming, and what we will not do.
Every page on this site points here for the things Stay N Host does not have. It is ordered by commitment rather than by quarter, because a date on a marketing page is a promise made by whoever wrote the page. Nothing is on the "rolling out" list right now, and an empty list is published as an empty list rather than padded.
Live today
Shipped, and reachable in the product now.
WhatsApp intake and shared inbox
A first message opens an inquiry with the chat attached; the team works one queue on your business number.
Airbnb two-way sync
Availability, pricing, content, bookings, messages and reviews, with a human gate on anything that moves money.
Multi-unit calendar
Reservation strips, holds, blocks, prep time, linked parent and child units, and an oversell the database refuses.
Quote links and verified payments
No-login quotes on your letterhead, bank transfer and cash proof verified by a person before anything confirms.
Double-entry accounting
Books that reconcile to zero, night-level revenue recognition, a model-aware P&L, break-even day, and period close.
Owner statements, payouts and portal
Statements produced by close, payouts posted against owner liability, a portal scoped per owner.
Investor suite and portal
Pool modelling, a frozen track record, proposals that expire, capital deployment, and per-position portals.
Agent rules
Confirmations, digests, the nightly ops report, and door codes released only through the payment-and-ID gate.
Request an agent
A button in the Agent Hub that files the automation you are missing, from any seat that can open the hub. Every request is read and triaged.
Housekeeping and field ops
Turnovers from the booking, photo-evidenced inspections, damage claims, duty roster, payroll-lite.
Guest app
No-install web app per stay: instructions, door code, Wi-Fi, house information and chat into the shared inbox.
Direct booking site
A guest-grade booking website: live availability search, a map with a price per pin, amenity filters, flexible dates, city and area hubs, curated collections, your own templates and palettes, promo codes, guest-chosen extras, and an embeddable widget for a brand site you already have.
Group bookings
One deal across several apartments: a page per stay, a lifecycle panel and a door-code gate per apartment, and a cancellation that frees every unit at once.
Complimentary stays
The funnel exit for a stay that is given rather than sold, with its own report of what the workspace gave away and to whom.
Multi-currency treasury
A workspace holds money in more than one currency, converts between its own stores, and books OTA money as a receivable settled into the store that was actually paid.
Automations you author yourself
Rule conditions, tenant-defined automation kinds, auto-responses when nobody is at the desk, and message tokens drawn from property knowledge.
A published access matrix
Every role against every capability, readable by an admin in the product rather than described in a support reply.
Ask AI in the product
A question answered from this help centre, in the app shell, with the page it came from cited. It refuses rather than invents when the documentation does not cover something.
24 roles, scoping and audit
Per-property seats enforced in the database, custom roles with a hard money and door-code ceiling, an audit row on every state change.
Spreadsheet booking import
Upload, map, preview every row, commit, and roll the batch back if it was wrong.
Coming soon
The honest list of what we do not have.
These are the gaps a competitor would point at, so they are written down here first. If one of them is essential to you, it is better to know before a trial than during one.
More channels than Airbnb
Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia. Today Airbnb is the only channel with a real connection, and everything else arrives by import or by hand.
Smart-lock vendor integrations
Programming codes into specific lock hardware, including rotating codes. Today a code is generated and delivered by Stay N Host.
Native mobile apps
For guests and for staff. Today both sides are web apps that work in a mobile browser.
Dynamic pricing
Rates that move with demand. Today pricing is set by you, per listing and per date.
AI reply drafting
Suggested answers in the inbox. Today automations send what you wrote, and nothing composes a message on your behalf.
A documented public API
The product is REST with a generated OpenAPI description internally; publishing and supporting it as a stable public surface is a separate commitment.
Accounting interop, and file exports at all
Your accountant gets a read-only seat over the treasury, the ledger and every report. What does not exist: a CSV or PDF download on the report screens, a QuickBooks-shaped export, and two-way sync with QuickBooks or Xero.
Card payments
Taking a card on the booking site, through your own payment processor. Today the site quotes the stay and takes a bank transfer or cash with a proof upload a person verifies, and it tells guests exactly that.
Period-end currency revaluation
Holding money in several currencies and converting between your own stores both work today. Restating open balances at a period-end rate does not.
Guest security deposits
Held, released and forfeited as their own money flow rather than as an extra charge.
Broadcast and campaigns
Reaching past guests deliberately, rather than one thread at a time.
A status page and a public changelog
Both are missing today. Incidents and releases are communicated by email until they exist.
Languages beyond English
The product ships in English only, which is a real limit in most of the markets it was built for.
Not on any roadmap
Four things that are constraints, not features.
FAQ
Roadmap questions
Why are there no dates on this page?
Because a date on a marketing page is a promise made by whoever wrote the page. The lists are ordered by commitment instead: what is live, what is rolling out, what is planned, and what will not happen. When nothing is genuinely mid-delivery the second list is empty rather than padded, which is the case today. If a date matters for a decision you are making, ask us and you will get a straight answer rather than a quarter.
How do I know the "live" list is true?
Every item on it has a feature page with screenshots taken from the real product, and the documentation carries step-by-step guides for the same tasks. If you find something on that list that does not work as described, tell us and it comes off the list the same day.
Can I influence what gets built?
Yes, and small operators have more influence here than they would elsewhere. The product is built alongside a live rental portfolio, so a real operational problem argued well moves faster than a feature request from a bigger logo. For automations there is a direct route: "Request an agent" at the top right of the Agent Hub files the rule you are missing, from any seat that can open the hub, and every request is read and triaged. For anything else, email hello@staynhost.com.
What happens to the roadmap if I depend on something planned?
Say so before you commit. If a planned item is genuinely blocking, the honest answer might be that Stay N Host is not the right choice yet, and it is much better to hear that in an email than in your third week of using it.
