Workspace User Terms

For everyone who signs in to a workspace on Stay n Host, including people invited by a property business to work in its workspace.

Version 2026-10-06. Last updated 6 October 2026.

1. Two different parties

Stay n Host provides the software. Stay n Host is a software platform owned and operated by Abdul Rehman Zafar, trading as Stay n Host, Germany ("Stay n Host", "we", "us"). See the imprint for our address.

The workspace belongs to the business that runs it. Each workspace is run by a business (the "Workspace Owner"), for example the property operator that invited you. The Workspace Owner is a customer of Stay n Host under our Customer Terms. It is not Stay n Host, it does not own Stay n Host, and it is not our agent or partner. Its name and logo may appear beside ours in the workspace; the software is still ours.

2. Who is responsible for the workspace

The Workspace Owner decides who is invited, which role and properties each person holds, and when access ends. The Workspace Owner is responsible for the data in its workspace, including guest, owner, staff, booking and financial records, and for having the right to collect and use it. For that data the Workspace Owner is the controller and Stay n Host is its processor.

Questions about the workspace, the data in it, your role or your access go to the Workspace Owner. Stay n Host does not decide them and cannot answer for the Workspace Owner's business, its properties, its bookings or its dealings with guests, owners or staff.

3. Your use of Stay n Host

You agree to:

  • use the workspace only for the Workspace Owner's business and only within the access you have been given;
  • keep your sign-in to yourself and tell the Workspace Owner if you think someone else has used it;
  • handle the personal data you see in the workspace confidentially and only for the purpose you were given access for;
  • follow the law and the Workspace Owner's lawful instructions when you use the service.

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, share or make the software available to anyone outside the workspace, or present it as software developed or owned by you or the Workspace Owner;
  • remove or hide the Stay n Host name, logo or any ownership notice in the product or in what it produces;
  • decompile or reverse engineer the software, scrape it, or use it to design or build a competing product;
  • try to access another workspace, test the security of the service except through a report to us first, or interfere with it.

4. Ownership

Stay n Host, its software, design, name and logos belong to us. Your access gives you a personal, revocable right to use the service for the Workspace Owner while your access lasts. It does not give you or the Workspace Owner any ownership of the software. Suggestions you send us may be used freely.

5. Your own account data

Your name, email address, phone number and sign-in records are used to run your account and keep the service secure, as described in the privacy policy. The Workspace Owner can see the details it needs to manage your access.

6. Ending your access

The Workspace Owner can end your access at any time. We may suspend your access if you breach these terms or if the Workspace Owner's subscription ends. Sections 3 and 4 continue to apply after your access ends.

7. Liability

We are liable to you without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health, and otherwise as the law requires. Beyond that, we provide the service to the Workspace Owner under the Customer Terms and are not liable to you for the Workspace Owner's decisions or data.

8. Changes, law and contact

When we publish a new version of these terms, the product asks you to accept it before you continue. These terms are governed by German law; the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction to the extent the law allows. Mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in are not affected.
