Self-managing hosts

Every hat on your head. At least let the admin run itself.

One to three units, no staff, and a phone that goes off at eleven at night. You do not need an enterprise platform. You need the messages, the money, and the calendar to stop being three separate places you keep in your head.

Solo is $15/month, $13 billed annually. One property, one seat. No card to try.

The inquiry

The lead that used to die in your phone.

A stranger messages your business on WhatsApp and an inquiry opens by itself, chat attached. No copying a name into a spreadsheet, no "can you send me your email", no conversation you cannot find three days later.

You reply with a quote link on your own letterhead: itemized price, your bank details, and a place for the guest to upload proof of payment. You look at the proof, you accept it, and only then does the night become theirs.

The inquiries pipeline with WhatsApp-originated inquiries
A first message becomes an inquiry with the chat attached.

The day

One screen that tells you what today needs.

Arrivals, departures, the turnover, the payment still unverified, the ID still unchecked. Today opens on all of it, and the nightly report puts the same picture in your WhatsApp at midnight so you are not logging in to find out how the day went.

When you do add your first cleaner, they get a seat that shows their jobs and nothing else, rather than a screenshot of your calendar.

Grow into it

What you get before you have staff.

A calendar that refuses to oversell

Direct and Airbnb bookings compete for the same nights. The database itself will only sell each night once, so the nightmare scenario is not a process you have to follow.

The calendar →

Books, without bookkeeping

Record what happened and the double-entry ledger takes care of itself. You read a P&L and a break-even day rather than a bank balance and a feeling.

The accounting →

A guest app instead of a phone call

Arrival instructions, the door code once it is released, and the Wi-Fi, on a link that expires with the stay. No install for the guest.

The guest app →

Your own booking page

A direct-booking site so the guest who found you on Airbnb once can find you directly the next time, with no commission in the middle.

FAQ

Questions from hosts

I have one property. Is this too much software?

Solo is $15/month for one property and one seat, and it carries the parts a single host cannot do by hand: inquiries, quote links, verified payments, the ledger, and a calendar that cannot be oversold. The finance suite and the portals are on higher plans, so you are not paying for a team you do not have.

Can I keep using Airbnb the way I do now?

Yes, and connect it properly. Airbnb sync is two-way: availability, pricing, content, bookings, messages and reviews. Anything that would move money waits for you rather than acting on its own.

What if most of my guests message on WhatsApp?

Then you are exactly who the product was built for. A first message from an unknown number opens an inquiry with the chat attached, and you answer with a quote link that carries your bank details. The WhatsApp inbox is on Starter, $29/month.

Do I need to understand accounting?

No. You record what happened; the double-entry part happens underneath. What you see is a P&L, what you owe in tax, and the day of the month the property stopped costing you money.

What happens when I grow to three or four units?

You change plan, not software. Starter covers three properties and two seats, Growth covers five and adds the owner and investor portals. The books, the history, and the bookings carry across, because they were the same system all along.
