What does Stay N Host cost, exactly?
Solo $15/month, Starter $29, Growth $79, Operator $239, Enterprise custom. Paid annually those become $13, $25, $69, and $199 per month. Extra properties are $16 to $30 each depending on tier, extra staff seats $5 to $6. No onboarding fee, no contract, and this page is the whole price list.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days with full Growth-plan access, no credit card required. When it ends you pick a plan, and your data is yours either way.
Why do you publish prices when competitors make me book a sales call?
Because you shouldn't need a meeting to learn a price. Hostaway's pricing page is a qualification form and Guesty quotes above its Lite tier. Ours is a table. If our value needs hiding, it isn't value.
Which plans include the finance suite?
The full double-entry finance suite (model-aware P&L, ROI and break-even, period close, assets, payroll) is on Operator and Enterprise. Every plan from Growth up includes finance essentials; every plan on the list includes the ledger-backed payments workflow.
What about payment processing fees?
Bank transfer and cash carry no processing fee at all, and they are how the product takes money today. A reservation booked through your direct-booking site carries a flat 2% Stay N Host fee. Card payment is not available yet; when it ships, the processor’s own published rates will apply and they will be published here.
